he's cool about it though
he doesn't act too rude about people going "downstairs"

i guess when you watch loads of people sin and you wanna be nice about it its all you can say

Anyway, he comes down from purgatory (obviously handing his job over to someone else for a little because leaving purgatory without a celestial being in charge could cause problems)
Because Vortex ( galaxy king) adopts his human form and falls to earth
Garry was told to check it out 
him and Vortex are friends so it was was kinda like a angel galaxy reunion 
intense climax happened within storyline
Garry returns to purgatory
